We had a fantastic stay at this B&B. Una and Hamish, the proprietors, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room we stayed in was spacious and the en-suite bathroom had a fabulous shower. The entire house was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choices and everything was freshly cooked. Una and Hamish truly take pride in their home and it shows. I highly recommend this B&B for a wonderful stay in the area.

Our stay at this beautiful little B&B was absolutely worth every penny. The room was stunning, with thoughtful touches like 'His' and 'Hers' pillows and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The location was convenient and the staff treated us like family, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The morning meal could have been improved by ensuring a consistent supply of hot water for baths, especially for guests like me who like to take a long soak after a day of adventure.

I had a great experience at this 4-star hotel. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, with the best eggs and salmon I've ever had. The dining room was classy and the service was top-notch. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with high-quality towels and plenty of toiletries available. It was also a nice touch to have a small fridge with cold water in the room. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.

Nice breakfast and clean rooms. The morning meals included a variety of breakfast dishes with cereal, yogurt, fruit, and several other choices for the main course. the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location was also key - within easy access to Edinburgh and its surrounding areas.
This hotel lacked some features that are essential for a comfortable stay. there was no comfortable seating area for friends to sit and chat together.

Cozy and well-appointed room with attention to detail, including cute pillows with writings. the bathroom was also pristine. the breakfast was excellent and I appreciated the option of having it prepared in advance for our early departure. the location was also convenient with easy access to transportation options.
The initial room we were given was not clean, with dirty window surrounds and the sloping ceiling was a hazard. the hosts' attitude towards our concerns was dismissive and intimidating.

Fantastic Stay
We had the pleasure of staying at a charming B&B recently and it was truly a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the proprietors, Una and Hamish, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with anything we needed.

This place was absolutely jaw-dropping! The little touches in the room, like 'His' and 'Hers' pillows, were super cool. The breakfast was mind-blowing - the grapefruit with strawberries and blueberries, followed by the poachers pocket with freshly caught haggis, was out of this world! The hosts were so friendly and helpful, especially since we were from the USA and needed guidance. The breakfasts were outstanding, with the best eggs and salmon we had on our entire 3-week trip. The communal dining arrangement was great for meeting fellow guests. And the extra touches, like a wee dram waiting for us when we returned late, made the experience unforgettable. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

We had a lovely stay at this B&B. the hosts were very welcoming and friendly, even offering a complimentary whisky to start. the room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had comfortable beds. the bathroom was spotless and had a wonderful shower. We appreciated the attention to detail with high-quality linens and pillows. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of fresh choices. the location was great with easy access to local transportation and nearby restaurants. the B&B had excellent wifi, and the hosts were informative and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here.
The hot water for baths may be limited, but it was due to personal preference, and it's not a significant issue.
